...I called back from my cellphone to see who they are:

to summarize a very brief conversation with a customer representative:
   ...identified as EmblemHealthcare but when she asked for my name I decided she would not be offered that information so, I informed her that "I have identified the caller to my home phone number;  goodbye"...

they are an Obamacare Provider trolling for last minute signups...

When this number called me they said they were from Anthem Blue Cross and started asking me for private information such as my birthday, etc. Anthem already contacted me by mail saying to beware of any calls supposedly coming from them. And they said they would never ask for personal info. I assume this call was from someone involved with the recent hack.

I answered this call this morning with the following:
    " Am I speaking with a person or a recording?"
    "you are speaking with a person"

    "I am not taking this call..."  (hung up)
                     ...felt so good I can't tell you...

I also got a phone call from this phone number today asking me personal information saying that they were a representative from Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield - I hung up.  This is a scam.  Careful people.
