Caller seems to be wearing multiple hats! When this poorly speaking man called me, he wanted a person who does not use my phone and I have no idea who the person is. I have gotten calls for that person ever since I got my cell phone number years ago! So, caller may be a bill collector or may be a telemarketer. Their number are blocked on my landline; they now are calling my cell. Damn.
