Has left empty voice mails 3 or 4 times in the last 2 months.  Since I changed phones, but why would that make a difference?   I have the phone off almost all the time, and he probably calls several people at once and annoys the one who answers first.  Same area code as mine.  I see this same phone number has been annoying people for 7 years.  Couldn't he be identified in that time?

If this is supposed to be the AT&T Voicemail service, it does not work.  I got the same message as other people that indicated I had Voicemail left by this number but I have "Visual Voicemail" on my mobile and there was no indication of a Voicemail.  Since it is supposed to be an AT&T, I called the number.  My mobile phone indicates that it is dialing but no connection is ever achieved and after a few seconds the line disconnects.  I called from my landline and it went through and I got all the normal prompts but no message was there when it connected.

Social Security scam. Robocall left a voicemail saying that if I don't press "1" to connect with a Social Security officer, in the "Concern Department", that my Social Security number would be permanently cancelled.
