I did and I called the police department in their area and was told it was a scam. Not to give them any money.

Received phone left on answering machine stating we needed to call back or they would send out an officer and arrest us. We would need to call back and talk with Officer David Berkins at 410-630-1425. Returned call and spoke with a guy with poor english and said it was the Bureau of Crime Investigations. We did not tell them who we were but he said the person he called for must call him back asap!!!

He called me today as well and harrassed me for a while. He said I needed to appear in court in Washington dc next Mon at 9 am due to back taxes or I was going to get issued a warrant for my arrest. Idiot...

I got a call this morning from that number telling me to pay $561 or get arrested. They even knew my social security number

I got a call from this number saying that there was a "federal complaint against me and that I had to go down to my local police office and immediately surrender, or call a certain officer to see what's going on."

Received a call from this number stating that their was a complaint but he couldn't tell me the complaint. He also couldn't tell me who filed the complaint. He said it was the federal crime department. I told him that I contacted my lawyer and any correspondence needs to be taken with him. Never heard of being accused of committing a crime and never being told what the crime is. I'm wondering he got my information. That is concerning to me.
