phone call with caller ID from Baltimore, MD.  did not leave a message.  House rules, you dont leave a message your number gets blocked on second call from unidentified callers.  This is a land line phone number according to the internet and the caller ID has been altered to hide the actual identity.  Leads us to believe it is a scam caller.
