robocall that left partial message on my recorder
female voice asked if person answering can make healthcare decisions and if so push a button

Yet another scammer!!! Sick of this

Left no message -

I called back, answered by a machine, and the message claims to be survey company  'Our Polling Services'

I left a message to please return my call - and confirm the name is 'Our Polling Services'

I also requested a written copy of their do not call policy.
