These people keep telling me they are collecting a debt and are going to garnish my wages. First off it wasnt me and the info they have is like 15 years old.

THOUGHT IT WAS A SCAM UNTIL I DID MY RESEARCH

They called me and said they were going to a judge tomorrow morning to get him to sign off on something that would charge me with 2 felonies. I contacted my FDCPA attorney who told me not to worry because it is a common scam! Lady named tori called me

A man called my parents from this number (410)216-1088 and claimed I was in trouble for using using several different alias' and would have me arrested if I contact him by 5pm. Fist of all I'm not stupid I know almost all of the Sherrifs Officers here and they all know where I live and work. .2nd I'm not stupid if this were the case and I had this kind of thing against me  the officers I know would have done made contact. So better luck next time.
