Called asking for the person in charge of the BG&E account. I told him we do not HAVE an account with BG&E, we have Pepco. He apologized, said he was "looking at the wrong screen". He proceeded to ask if I had noticed an insert in our last bill about a rate reduction. I said no. He said that's okay, many people don't notice it, and he wanted to make sure we receive our discount. Continued to talk over me as I said, "where are you calling from?" "no thank you" and "I'm going to hang up now"
