Calls and hangs up without a word. WARNING: This tactic is often used by criminals who want to find out if you are home to steal, and by hackers and goverment [***] who suspect you of something and they want to download or plant spy trojans on your computer while you are out. One time I returned home unexpectedly and some [***] ran out the back door, leaving it wide open. I heard them but did not see them. They left the computer on in mid-hack, and there is reason to believe that I was targeted by a local government officials in unmarked cop cars.Another time I spotted them tearing out of my neighborhood, after I caught an unmarked electronic van parked across the street, spying on someone. It got so bad I even taped a note for the [***] over my computer, letting them know I was on to them and there was nothing for them to find. It was taken off and tossed aside, probably in anger. If you are targeted like I was, let the [***] thieves or govt. criminals know you are on to them, it upsets them.
