Got this call from an "R Smith" (according to caller ID). Said they were a "sign company" & did I want an "estimate for my sign". I live in a house & my house sure doesn't need any signs (well, maybe a few, but that's another story LOL). Just checking to see what was up with this &/or if anyone else got a call from this number. Why would a business" be calling from their home using "R Smith"? I would think the business name would come up on caller ID & on reverse, it would show a business, not someone's home. They left a msg, but I didn't return it obviously. Once again, we have an unlisted number, but even so, it seems like we've been getting calls like this lately.

I just received a call from this number but he didn't leave a message. I called back and he picked up and I could hear a television in the background, then he held down a button and hung up. Very weird.

This is a residence and this number used to belong to a sign company. I receive calls all the time for people wanting to order signs and have to tell them they have the wrong number.  I use it for my home & work and there is never a voice mail left because if I call you I do not try to call back.  This phone is also in my home office and there is no TV in the room, nor would a man answer. All I can say is you must have dialed a incorrect number. I apologize for any confusion you've had. But this is no longer the number for the sign company. It is my home number.
