Telemarketer/Scammer touting an unknown scam. Called twice on Valentine's Day (2-14-2017) at 2:06 PM and 7:15 PM Central Time. Hung up without saying anything after I answered first call. Second call was blocked. I say it's a scam attempt and not a wrong number, because wrong numbers don't usually come from "local" numbers that are "disconnected or no longer in service" (received same message on callback within seconds after each call). CID showed "OUT OF AREA"
