This person identifed themselves as Micheal Kenneday and said they were filing charges against me in court.  When I asked him to identify himself with an attorney number or extension, he began shouting saying that he did not have to identify himself.  So I asked for the phone number and checked them out on google and got this site.  Thanks for the information you are storing about these thieves.

These guys are a nasty outfit. They deal with Cash Advance Loans, Fake Arrest Warrants and other Phone Scams. This guy is smart, but there are people out here who aren't hip to these crooks. These people do have open lines... Here is Shawn Cooper at A-1 Cash Advance 772 933 9314 He took my best friend for 200 dollars. This number is still hot and used for scams daily (we call it and harass him just like this video. If he is on the phone with us, he can't be scamming the next guy). 409 761 7113 is his other cash loan number ) The Hacker handle one guy uses is Mubeem Khan (con, I know right) and He has been active for the last 4 years. He does have Cash Advance Loan lender search sites which people plug in their info and he suckers you into believing his group is the real deal. All the calls you get are from the same people!

This number has called my phone 5 times in the last hour. I told them I did not want a payday loan and to stop calling. Yesterday they called 15 times. how do I get them to quit calling me?

They called me today from the same number and tried to say that they was an attorney and the had 3 charges against me and I was going to need a lawyer.. they said I borrowed 300 dollars and never paid my loan back... I called cash advance and they said they have received several calls regarding this scam and reassured me that it was a scam... thank god... they had me about to have a heart attack.. I was so nervous and mad at the same time... you call the number and the answering machine says they are from cash advance then when they call you they are a attorney..

Be careful with this "Michael Kennedy" he said that is his name, a fake attorney, he gave me my SSN and said that I was going to be arrested because  of a charge I made against an employer with EEOC.   He said that he was calling on behalf that employer and he was representing them,  therefore he was going to send a warrant of arrest because my SSN was under investigation....Blalbalablaalbalal, just report this jerk to CIA, TV Channels, and FCC.....WE WILL ARREST YOU PIECE OF GARBAGE!!!
