Same Indian loan scam different number 409-539-7464.  Is there anyway to stop them.  I have lost thousands of dollars.

I'm afraid the thousands of dollars you have already lost are gone for good.  Whatever account you used to pay them, cancel it.  That will keep them from getting even more money.  

They will continue to call demanding more money.  Hang up on them.  Work with your phone provider to block the calls.  As a last resort you might even change your phone number.  But your new number will be someone else's old number and may come with calls from the previous owner was trying to escape.

409 539 7464  is a scam with at-least two alien people from some other country who call your work cell home and threaten various actions.  They barely speak English and the number is generating from the state of Texas  I have reported this to the FBI and I suggest you do also if your receive a call from this number.

They told me that they were part of law enforcement. So I was afraid the first time and paid them a large amount of money.Then they called me again and I knew something wasn't right. For one I haven't even met an Indian who had an English name: for example Aaron White. Can someone please tell me why are they doing this? And how are they getting information?

Well Lisa, they are doing this because they can get away with it as they are of the criminal element and don't abide by the rules everyone else does and possibly they are based in another country. Out of the reach of the law
