(409) 527-4163 calls me several times a day. Call originates in Texas (Nederland, TX)  A call back to them plays a message that says the number is not in service. The message is some creepy-[***] lady and obviously not the phone company.

I got several calls from this number, it does originate from Nederland TX.  The recording DOES say it is not a working number...   I am in Dallas, but FROM that area, and to my knowledge, noone has this landline number, everyone I know has my cell number.

Constantly getting calls from this number. If I don't answer they don't leave a message. If I do answer there is nothing on the other end. Very frustrating.
