I received a call this afternoon as I have received about 4 times before (fell for a scam once before and lost thousands of dollar) I was told I have  case against me and  needed to respond with mylawyers info and he a the legal authority to report this claim to my employer,social security and my credit which will result in the loss of my job, social securiy benefits and ruin my credit. First of all if this was a real case against me I would be legally served, my employer would notify me of this case not fire me and I do not receive social security benefits. He woud not leave the name of the business he was calling from. Please be aware this is a scam

They got 300$ from me. Then I read up on them. My lawyer has called and tried to send register letter. Letter never was delieveried. Address is a single office in new jersey. Had a friend check it out. Office door had 25 different company names. . Major headache.

This call came from a unknown company. 409-497-8243 Gavelston Tx.  I am sure this is a scam for grabbing money!!!  Please do not respond to these people.

I just got a message telling that my loan had been approved. WTF??? Didn't apply in the first place.

Got a call today from this number saying my loan had been approved for $5,000.  They had correct information from a loan application I had filed online.  Told me I need to go to Dollar General, Family Dollar, Dollar Tree or Walgreen and get a Verification Voucher from Vanilla Reload Network showing $240 which would be available for the first monthly payment.

Had two other calls using the same pitch except that the approval from one was for $4,000.  One claimed to be Cash Advance America and the other was claiming to be from e-loan.
