I actually had some fun with these people. It's a total scam. At first I played along and then I started asking them questions like what is the name of your company, can I have your physical address, and what is your tax I'd or business I'd. I could feel them squirming on the other line. They started transferring me and giving me all kinds of lame excuses. They finally hung up on me. I called them back probably 5 or 6 times. I told them I was aware of their scam and that I was gonna let the authorities know about them. They kept hanging up and I kept calling back. It got to the point to where when they answered they would call me by my first name. I finally got bored. I'll probably call them back tomorrow.

I have received numerous calls from this # and they will not id the name of the company all they will say is it is the Pre-Trial processing department . Asked for the address and they refuse to give it to me. They have a good number on me but they have chose to call my friends and relatives called and told them to stop and they said they will do as they please .. Who are these people ??????

I did too saying that I took a pay day loan out... treating me saying that they are going to throw me in jail. Don't give them any info and tell them if they call u again u will call the FTC.

They called me too allegedly about an old payday loan.  Told me they were going to put me in jail.  I've filed a complaint with the Attorney General of Texas.  The Fair Debt Collection Act makes it illegal to represent that criminal charges will be filed for a civil matter.

They called my relatives attempting to obtain my telephone number, what a total scam.  Don't fall into this trap.
