Debt collector claiming to be process server.

A person calling herself Amber Smith from "eyes" something (I could not understand the last word) called me and when I said what she was doing was illegal, a scam, etc. she got very defensive. She would not tell me the company that had made 3 allegations against me without giving her the last four digits of my social or my address. She has also called from 309-339-1182 and 1181 as well as 409-241-9895 claiming to be from "global solutions". Said she was with an arbitration department for the State of Texas and would go ahead and file with the Dallas County clerk's office.
When I called that office, they had no record of my name of any sort or claim and that they would not call or do any action as described above. They advised me that they had been receiving many calls like this and to not talk to these people.

She says her name is Julia Simpson, she has a foreign accent that you can barely understand what she is saying. On the VM she left me, she says there are 2 allegations against me and that she is with the department of child processing (this is what it sounds like cause you can't understand her) and that i have been "notified" and to call the legal dept back at that number. But she has called me from numerous different numbers all scattered from different states. I called her back one time, when she answered she said she was with "global solutions" and that i had a online loan debt from 2010. I told her i had nothing of the sort and asked her to send me the documentation. She told me that i had to pay her a fee to get the documents. I told her no, but she seemed to have all my phone numbers-cellphone, work, even my boyfriends parents number, and she had the last 4 digits of my ssn. I know this is a scam because I don't have anything at all on my credit report about this.

After an evening of ignoring numerous calls from strange area codes and numbers I happened to pick up one from Vidor, Texas. Hmmmm, isn't that the home of the KKK?!?!
"Brian Cassidy" of Global Solutions ( with the State Trooper voice!!) called saying there were several VERY serious injunctions against my husband and the State of Texas would be vigourously pursuing these. You have been served!
Case number BLAA BLAA BLAA.........
So, my husband calls and you can make this all go away with your charge card. RIGHT!!!

They say they are in Miami but have "48" locations.  Right.  The accent sounds more Philippine Tagalog than anything else.  Hard to place this lady's accent.
