I received this phone call on today.  I was immediately irrate with the individual calling me.   They had the same accent as the phone call I received in September from a guy name Anthony Miller at 417-218-0805. He did give his name which was American but I don't remember what he said.  They called me again at work and left a threatening message about what would happen to me if I didn't call him back.  When talking to the guy on the phone he said I committed fraud.  I told him I hadn't and that he was committing fraud. We argued and he hung up.  They called me again in early October from 620-953-4488.  They made the mistake of saying they were Anthony Miller. Of course I went off.  This is either the 4th or 5th phone call I have received and it is always these guys with these heavy foreign accent.  

Have been receiving the same call. Today he left two messages saying thay he would start legal proceedings and cause me to leave my job.  Very thick accesents and saying he was from some law firm.

(409) 299-8784 called me to bay . Left a threatening massage . Thick Indian voice . Hard to understand . Called them back . Started asking them questions . They got mad at me . Hung up . Tried calling them back . They blocked me . It is a scam to get info from you .

I spoke with my mother this evening and she gave me this message and phone number from Alex Brown.  I called that number and was connected to Alex Brown.  First he sounded american and as the conversation continued, he spoke with an accent and talked so fast that I stopped him several times during the conversation and asked him to repeat what he said. He stated that I had committed fraud and they were the with the law office of Foster and Baker Law Firm.  He told me that America Cash was suing me and that I had a pay day loan with them.  I told him that I did not and I needed some information in the mail.  He told me that I owed $4,000 - 5,000 to this company and that he could not send me anything in the mail but thru my email.  After asking what address he had for me, he put me on hold and then stated my mothers' address.  I told him that I needed something in the mail and he said that he would send the information in the mail also telling me that I needed to get a criminal lawyer.  I said ok and he quickly hung up.

I recieved a missed phone call yesterday (1/14/2014) from this number (about 1:15 PM) but when I checked my voicemail, the guy with the heavy accent said to immediately call back and ask for Robert Smith but when I called (at 1:28 PM) I was placed on hold by some guy with a heavy accent and a lady got on the phone and threatened me with I will lose my job because I will be arrested in 24 hours from my saying I committed three counts of fraud then she hung up. So, I called back (at 2:10 PM) and ask for details or something in writing and I keep getting, we wish you the best of luck but you will be arrested on Thursday. I called again after work,(2:20 PM) same thing, I hope you have a lawyer, because you will be arrested on Friday. So, I waited for an hour (about 3:30 PM) and called again, and asked for details as what is this harrassment regarding, and they told me to contact the State Attorneys office here in my home town because thats where my file was transferred to. Then about 8pm, they called again and I missed the call, so I called back and the same heavy accent guy to me not to call there anymore, that I will be arrest from my job on Friday again, and I told him that I did not call there, that someone called me, and he hung up the phone.
