got 2 calls within 4 hours.

Cleared this call today. No message left. Mystery...

Message from a PG&E energy consultant company saying "Do not hang up!", then "this is not a telemarketing call" and then, "A PG&E representative will come on the line".  I think this is from the same people who made an appointment to come out to inspect my home, but never made it to the appointment.  I think this is probably a scam.

This is PG&E care consulting company.  They call forever even after they come out to "help" weatherproof / enrgy efficient your house supposably at no cost to you and/or your landlord. They call PG&E out it disconnected my hot water heater that I had to pay to get replaced. They also refused to weatherstrip my back door instead they weather stripped the interior door betwen my kitchen & laundry room, that is never close so it will not help. They did weatherstrip my front door, replace two light fixtures, replaced my shower head, replace 1 switch cover, capped off a gas line that was not in use, replaced part of my faucet, adjusted the gas out take it my heater and my stove. They do alot to help, they also check the vents around my house, the insulation & windows which is all fine. I just was not prepared to fork out money of a new hot water heater.

After sitting on hold for 20 mins, I finally got through to a PG&E rep who said "let me transfer you to that department to see if that is even us."  The phone system then said that that dept was closed and hung up.  Now that's customer service!  Thanks PG&E!

So all in all, who knows if this is PG&E or not.
