Number called. I.D. read "Lifescan, Inc." The phone number 408-956-4421 comes up under a building permit filed with the city of Milpitas which shows a medical supply place at 1000 Gibralter Ave in Milpitas.

My opinion is that this number is most likely spoofed and the caller is from neither of these businesses as there is no reason they would be calling us and if there was a reason, they would have left a message. My advice: don't pick up. If it is important, they will leave a message.
