10:36am - received call, as soon as I picked up they disconnected. I called back and line is perpetually busy.

This is marketing call with a recorded female voice. Received call at 1:57 pm on 12/21. Hanged up and block the number immediately.

got a couple of calls from this number. First time it was a young lady with a sexy voice who would not get to the point of why she was calling -- so I hung up. second time, the line was open and it was two people have an argument about something. Apparently too busy or too stupid to realize that their auto dial had put out the next call.
