Definitely a company trying to sell websites. Horrible English, and conversation got completely derailed when he said "we do web design for your site, is that OK?"...my response was "No, that's not OK". Apparently he didn't have response card for that as the line went silent for like 10-15 seconds, at which point I hung up and went about my day. Seriously though, I build web sites for a living, so you need to come at me with something better then that. What a joke. I hope no one falls victim to that half-[***] operation.

I have made a personal mission out of this. Got the time and I know more about the workings of the Internet than they can learn or observe.

I had a missed call from this number today.  I recently registered a domain name, so I think that is how they got my number.  I'm glad this site is here, so I don't have to wonder who it was from CA that was calling me.
