Caller said we had a virus on our computers

caller stated they had warnings from my Microsoft windows that I had problems with my computer software. Since the call came in as "unknown caller" I asked for their phone number, I was then handed over to a supervisor who provided 408-844-4193. I asked what authority gave them permission to call me as I did not have a service agreement with them. He asked why I wanted the phone number, so I told him I was reporting them to the FCC... now I just have to figure out how to do that. He became hostile, so I hang up.

A Man named Robert called me from Microsoft because my computer was hacked in New York City. He tried to convince me to go on a web site to help me. He gave me a NIP from Microsoft ??? Because I didn't want to go on the web site, he gave me this phone number ans I hang up. When I saw the luthiers comments, I'm very happy that I didn't go on the web site !!!

unwanted phone number saying there's a problem with my computer and he's calling from Microsoft.
408-844-4193.  All these people are getting calls from this phone number and yet nobody knows who they are or how to stop them?  Ridiculous!
