4088093479. Called me saying they were from the irs. And i had a warrant for my arrest. For taxes filled and they audit everyone in the US. Every 5- 6 years and i owed 5,290 dollars. And we could settle in or out of court. And i could spend a maximum amount of 5 years in prison. And told me not to interup  while there speaking they didnt speak very good English and had a very strong indian. Accent.

I too received a call saying they were the IRS and that they were filling a lawsuit against me. They used a computer voice. The IRS doesn't call you, they send you a letter with a case number. I've been contacted in the past for an audit and it was by letter. This is a scam.

Told me that he is calling from IRS and that if I don't pay the IRS now I will be arrested.  I told the caller "let them arrest me. I don't owe IRS anything because I diligently do my duty to file and pay my income tax."
