Got voicemail even knew my name

Got a call from them today went to voicemail, didn't leave a message

408 766 7352 - Received a call from what appeared to be local area. Then I got the big hesitation and as soon as the guy came on to try to sell me something I hung up on him.
Obviously your other call is more important so please stay on the line with them and don't call me at work.

Got a call this morning. This is an unknown number to me. It appears somewhat local, but may just be faked. Didn't leave a msg. I'm blocking.

Same thing... got a call and did not leave a message.
