rude caller she would tell me exactly what  she was calling about and when they can not pronounce your last name it is a dead give away .  my advice to anyone getting these calls is put them on hold and leave them there that is how I get rid of them I say yes I want to talk to them but hold for a minute I may even pick the phone back up and say oh ya keep holding , the ones I get are normally for duct cleaning I live in a apartment sometimes if I am bored I book a time for them to come and when the company calls to confirm date and time I confirm  who they are and let them know I live in a apartmentand do not need there service .
