Number in do not call registry        "Boiler Room"   -  incoming ID: TEEN CHALLENGE
Used distraction: "Isn't this Target?"
call back was answered:  "Los Vegas (garbled) Advertising"
Forgot to hang up and were laughing about call to me...   Called them DUMB ..... for not hanging up phone
