They stated that I had an "unpaid payday loan". I have never had a payday loan. They were really hard to understand (from india I think) and their names were Robert Thompson and Neil Jones. They told me someone would be picking me up to take me to court. After arguing with them they wanted me to settle out of court and fax my bank or credit card information. They stated they were from California. They said to fax to us national bank. They said they could not disclose their information because they were a legal firm.
