I just got scammed by this same person. Did you ever get compensation or did you have to just call it a loss?

Craigslist scammer, responded by text to my ad and offered to pay the full price plus shipping via paypal or money order:
"I will pay $xxx for the camera and shipping to my son in the army oversea. I'll pay by PayPal or money order.Let me know."
