If you can, try to contact the company directly and resolve any outstanding issues that you may be experiencing; do not deal with those who will not show you a modicum of respect even after being polite with them as, after all, they are still just human beings, too - but they won't reciprocate those feeling and talk down upon you like you are the scum of the Earth.
