I did; just started today-the usual-no message left & calling the number back just gets a busy signal

Called and hung up. no message left - blocked

A contractor looking for work.  Claims he did work at my home before, but couldn't remember if it was inside or outside.  He's never been here before.  That's what I told him.  When I asked him for his contractor's license number, he hung up.

I got a pitch from the same script as Marsha. Hung up when I told him he was lying when he said we had met. Clearly the guy was calling from a call center.

Called and said he was a local contractor who was getting back to me on a project estimate and wanted to know if the project was inside or outside. I said I did not request an estimate and he hung up.
