Scam Collection Agency. It's a proxy number that masks the real number most likely from Eastern Europe. I picked up and some foreign speaking woman informed me I owed $5000 to some car rental company in BUCHAREST, ROMANIA and if I did not provide a credit card number to pay off the debt the U.S. FBI would arrest me tomorrow. I asked the rude woman if she shaved herself bald, had a "landing strip", or if she has a virtual Romanian forest growing between her legs because I'd seen some pretty furry Romanian girls on the Internet wanting Correspondence, Friendship, and Marriage. I hung up.
