Got a call from same guy as everyone else has.  This time he said he is an investigator from the Sacramento, CA police dept.  Long story short, unless I call him to pay my debt, he is going to send federal agents to my house to arrest me and my two references.

i received a call from my son saying he got a call from 408-663-9181 he is trying to get a hold of me.That he was from the investigations department. His name is mr officer black from 408-663-9181 Bags number 31296 from SanJose county sherriff department. He told my son if i don't call him back today that he will have a warrent for me. If there was a real case i would've gotten some kind of paper work right. Not a call from some person.

I received a phone call from 408-663-9181 and they said I was going to be arrest if I didn't pay my debt of $300 but with all the charges it went to $580 . Then they called my place of work and told them they were the Sacromento police and said they were going to have arrested by the local police department . My work called the local police and the police said they have nothing on me ! DON NOT LISTEN TO THEM !!!!!!!

Whoever wrote the previous post - thank you for confirming what I had already suspected. These are fraudulent people who are somehow allowed into our country and then try to rip unsuspecting people off. Bottom line, if and when, you receive a call from this number or other numbers (they use many different ones) hang up on them. If they had something against you, you would receive something in the mail or the local sheriff would come knocking on your door. Also, report this number or others that you receive these same bogus calls from to the: donotcall.com register. Good luck to us!

I have received the very same call from the very same officer black at the phone number 408-663-9181, and that he is an officer at the attorney generals office. it makes your heart race. he told me the same things that if i didn't take care of the amount of $300 within 24 hours he would have federal agents or the local law police to my home to take me into custody.  Thank god i have friends that know what to do, as a mom of three children your first instinct is to protect your children  and make sure they are takin care of these people prey on people who are vulnerable please be more aware then i was thank god i had the good sense to question this. always look it up, ask questions and if you suspect it at all report it.
