I also received this message, "Thanks 4 visiting Our Website Please call 877-861-8581 to Claim Your $100 Walmart Gift Card Voucher! Reply STOP 2 Unsub" I do not think I gave my cell phone number to any website.

They are probably using a robo-dialer that calls every number.
The gift card is a scam. They'll find some way to make you pay taxes or shipping or something by credit card. Then they'll use your card number to spend your money.
