Phone number appears with no caller identification. They leave no message. Two calls within the last two hours.

No caller id.

Energy savings call for "free" energy inspection. Claims not sales call. Of course since that would confirm violation of FTC rules prohibiting robo call to persons on DNC list

This is a clear indication caller is low life scum trying for identity theft or to rip you off on sales.

Call is likely VOIP meaning call blockers will not work.
