IRS SCAM!

Land line rings, caller ID showed "Not Available" and the number as "114085962721". Did not answer, left robo-voice message ".... services, the purpose of this call is to inform you the IRS is filing law suit against you.  To get more information about this case file, please call immediately at our department number 408-596-2721."

I probably have a 1/2-dozen recordings of this message, over the past two years, same recorded female robo-voice, same spiel, just a different call-back number.  THIS IS A SCAM.  PLEASE DO NOT FALL FOR IT.

Just got the fake IRS call from 408 596-2721.  This is really getting old.  I love when I get one of the idiots on the phone and I get to blow my whistle in their ears.  I am so tired of being pestered my these scammers.  I feel bad for those that fall prey to this.

I just received 2 of these calls too.  it left a voicemail message for me saying " ... The purpose of this call is to inform you the IRS is filing lawsuit against you.  Call asap to 408-596-2721.  ..."  It's obviously a scam as so many are getting the same call.   And the IRS would never handle a matter like this.
