California call, no other info on caller ID, no message left

Missed call to my new cell phone from this number. No voicemail message. Reverse search on whitepages.com shows only that this is a landline based in Salinas, CA.

It's a robocall about some death benefits payment. press 1 to talk to a person 2 to remove. highly doubt remove actually does anything.

408-587-2119.  I just got a scam call from this number.  It's a secret charge that your cellular phone company has added you to.  It's a method to generate extra revenues.

Sorry.  There is no way to stop it.  If you enter your phone number when you call the number back, you open yourself up to more charges.
