I live in Buffalo, NY.  They just called me, but left no message.  411.com lists this number as Digitcom Services from Salinas, CA.

Called me today at 11:53am est...did not leave a message either...very strange

I called the number back, they have a recorded message apologizing for any error and offering to take our number off their list by pressing 1... I pressed 1.
I assume it will only work if you do not block caller ID when calling.
