Called and I ignored the call.  They are calling from the internet to spoof their number.  Caller id says "California Call".  Thats how I know.

Caller ("Marie") said that they are general contractors doing work in my city, asked if there was any work I needed done.  When I told her that I had no work that needed to be done, and that the number is on the do not call list, she became rude and hung up.
