Just received a call from this number on my work cell. I did not answer and no voicemail was left. I assume a scam since I tend to mostly receive scam calls on my #.

Just got a call from this number and an automatic voice talked about "your electric bill as of January 30" etc., while I've never had a utility bill in my name. It must be spam/phishing. I hung up before the voice stopped talking.
