I got a call on my cell phone. ( I use it for work and so have to pick up even when I don't recognise the number) Took a brief survey about government debt and then I was told about a free 2 day cruise. This led to a guy getting on the line spinning a scam about a two day Bahamas cruise for nothing - if i gave them my credit card number to cover Bahamas "Harbor tax". Only $59 per person. Which had to be paid in advance...of course. They claimed to be from Carnival. Quite amusingly the guy I was talking to got quite angry when, after his 5 minute sales pitch, I told him I never give out my credit card number to someone who calls me. He hung up on me. I was driving so my time wasn't wasted. In short, it's a scam. Who shoudl I report it too?
