said they were from microsoft,called microsoft they said they do not have any phone numbers that begin with 408 they only have two numbers for the public to use. this 408 number is a scam.

Thick, somewhat slurred, Indian accent reading from a script with a lot of other voices in the distant background.  The laughable part is that the international country code 001 preceded the callers number. He left a message that might have said "my-tech university" and maybe something about checks and wanting me to call back.  Right!  You just hold that line fella, I'll get right back to ya!
