This company poses as a debt relief, credit fixing company. Do not give them any information.  They may have it already anyway...don't give them more than they have!  This number is related to number 909-842-8124, and probably others.  It would appear this is a big scam!

I have been getting these calls for over 2 months now, and I'm also on the Do Not Call Registry; Every time I'd call them back or ask to talk w/ their supervisor, they refuse and hang up; every time I'd ask which company they're with, they tell me they'll call me back and refuse to disclose who they are;

I have heard so many things, from so many different people on here.. One says that the telemarketing firm's telephone service carrier is Freedom Ring Communications (D.B.A. Bay Ring Communications); I also hear it's called Total Marketing Solutions, etc etc.. We really need to come up with something fast!

What I was thinking, is this- one of us sign up for something, build some good rapport with one of the reps, get as much info as we can, then BANG!

Hey guys! The company responsible for all of this (which is the company who actually provides these other companies with the phone services) is Wildgate Services (aka Digitcom Services- digitcom.net) out of Culver City, CA. Call them at once! Their # is 800.464.5446 and ask them for their address, if they'll even provide it. The next step is to Contact the FCC- the TCPA strictly states that they are NOT to deny you your right for a proper and legit location mentioned from the rep when they call you, but they've been giving false whereabouts and that is also a violation. I have calculated, under the TCPA, I am entitled NOW to $36,000 from these idiots and I am filing my small claims suit today! (it's only $55!!) Also, the FCC just may do that for you as well! :D

Make sure you log all calls and document the numbers, times, and dates and what happened in each call.. also, they are NOT allowed to deny you the right to a copy of their DO NOT CALL maintenance policy. ask for that next time and EACH time they call you, and log each denial or hang up from them, which just buries them even MORE!

they also keep calline me they gave me the name of northside services I think by mistake they said that a lawyer would call me to see if I qualify for their services. also used phone number (213) 710-8169 they call constantly and when I ask questions they hang up on me.

These idiots just called my cell phone twice this morning waking me up and when I hung up on them called me back and cussed me out. I am mad.

One call was from 408-531-6205 and the second was from 909-691-9178.
