Received a called today from a Ben Talkis from Impact Global asked to speak to the owner; when I asked what is was regarding he said his "oil property in Texas".  Red flag! He called southern california and our company does not deal with oil properties.  When I asked to take a message he hung up.  HMMM ~  Ben Talkis if you were legit why did you hang up?!??!
