I received this call on my cell phone, I answered (what was I thinking), Isaid "Hello" and only received silence. As such I hung up recognizing that this was a robo-dialer.

well they knew my name and tried to ask if I was interested in solar when I asked how they got my number they said they will remove me from a list but still knew myname!!

This number keeps calling my phone.  I am tired of the calls. don't know what they want.  I wish they would stop.
