Caller from some energy company that wants to help me get energy refund that is supposed to be based in San Jose, California. I reminded the caller that my number is on the Do Not Call List and he claims that he is exempt from it for some BS reason. I asked where is he calling from repeatedly and he won't say. Caller has heavy accent and he was angry when I pointed out that he doesn't sound like his is calling from the states. He repeated asked me if I'm the home owner and I repeatedly asked him where he is calling from. He hung up on me after giving me a lecture about not being racist. I enjoy trolling these callers so they have less time to prey on others

Unknown caller. Did not leave message. Caller i.d. reads "Unavailable". If you do not identify yourself as a person or company via caller i.d. (not a caller i.d. of state or city) or you fail to leave a message, you are immediately added to my call blocking "reject call" list. BLOCKED!!!!  Next time you call your call will not even ring my phone. It will be rejected instantly. Later, dude.

low life telemarketer and thief, he is trying to steal your money, also uses 408-495-2831

I am blocking call based on above feedback. Caller left no message on voicemail. Voicemail was accessed and then caller hung up.
