Total lie. More cellphone spam as usual. This last "understanding" post is probably from a fraudulent "collection agency" that tries to scare victims into giving them money.

We received a call from this number.
We have a Capital One card.... but with a zero balance.
No caller ID on the number, but I would also believe that it is a scam.
