Just like Frank, when I answered they hung up

I called the number back today it is WCA Subscriber Services!  It won't let you connect to a person if your number shows up private.  They use all sorts of different numbers to call you from.  It is supposedly a telemarketing company Worldwide Commerce Associates, LLC.  They do have a website.
