THIS IS A SCAM....The call is recorded by the originator of the call.  They say they're having trouble with their headset, then they ask "Can you hear me?"  If you say "yes", YOUR VOICE is recorded and can be subsequently used to respond to voice prompts that can recognize your voice, and can be used to unlock information related to you.  DON'T answer these types of calls, and definitely don't respond "yes" to anything they say.

They call 4-5 times a day!!!

These people call when I'm having dinner. No I will not answer the phone during dinner. They didn't leave a message so it was not important.
