This number keeps calling and when I *67 the number back it says it is no longer in service. wack, just trying to sale something or collect money!

It's sunrise collection services they claim that they collect tuition settlements from performance training Institute. They said that I owed $16,000 but they would settle for half. I told the person calling to let me go ahead and pull that out of the crack of my [***] and get that money to her! It sounds suspicious because I have a fed loan!
